What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Maintenance Director for Nursing Home (HVAC Experience necessary) position at Green Hill?
Under direct supervision, will assist in the routine maintenance, operation and repair of public buildings and structures, and the equipment they contain. Conduct visual inspections of building equipment and conditions.
Specific duties shall include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Maintain, adjust and make minor repairs of building hardware, furniture, shelving and equipment.
2. Replace broken window and door glass.
3. Repair windows and sash.
4. Make minor repairs to masonry, woodwork, flooring and walls.
5. Make minor repairs to building electrical, plumbing and heating systems.
6. Assist in relocating building equipment as directed.
7. Visually inspect public buildings, structures and equipment to assess and check for defects, malfunctions and hazardous conditions.
8. Visually checks for and records the observable conditions of the premises.
9.Help maintain all logs
