Green Hill Rehab and Nursing Care Center is seeking License Practical Nurses (L.P.N.) to join our dynamic organization.
OVERVIEW:
Under the leadership of the Registered Nurse, the LPN will be providing coordinated care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
JOB DUTIES:
- Care Plans
- Assists the attending physician
- Transcribes, documents and implements physician's orders
- Contacts the resident's physician and family
- Medication Pass, Treatments, and other medical necessities
- Responsible for completing required routine documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Practical Nurse licensed in the State of New Jersey
- 1 year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred
- Knowledge of nursing theory and practice, including the administration of medications
- CPR certified
