Green Gold Group is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated professional to fill the role of Sales Floor Manager in our Marlborough dispensary!
The Sales Floor Manager is the leader of primary contacts between Green Gold Group’s customers and the company. They are responsible for educating customers on Green Gold Group’s products and providing an excellent customer service experience. A top requirement of this position will be the ability to communicate effectively and have a good understanding of how to meet the customers’ needs. The Sales Floor Manager will be responsible for using Green Gold Group’s point of sale system and must practice and be compliant with state regulations and with Green Gold Group’s standard operating procedures and protocol. Successful candidates will have the ability to promote and maintain a positive work environment that is grounded in customer service and company growth.
