As a Lead Teacher, you will:
- Design and implement meaningful, hands-on lesson plans that spark curiosity and critical thinking
- Guide children through play-based learning using the HighScope curriculum
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families
- Embrace outdoor learning in our Nature Explore classrooms
- Shape your classroom environment and teaching approach—we trust teachers to know what’s best for their students

Qualifications:
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or actively working toward one)
- Experience in an early childhood classroom
- A strong understanding of play-based learning and openness to outdoor, nature-based education
- Familiarity with HighScope and/or Conscious Discipline is a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
