Work Schedules: GreenXT supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Support customer/Government technical points of contact in achieving program objectives through strategic financial planning and execution
- Work closely and maintain open communication with government customers
- Develop/Maintain a robust and detailed financial tool(s)
- Develop project schedules and budgets based on Allocated, Planned, and Costed values
- Oversee and identify plan deviations; recommend and execute corrective actions for project compliance
- Carefully monitor and manage funding for Government personnel
- Gather, track, and create deliverable reports of financial information for both Cost Reimbursement and Direct Cite funding
- Work directly with government customers and advocates weekly to review actual data and forecasts
- Respond to ad-hoc financial data calls
- Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial/cost analyses
- Navy Working Capital Funds Experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Experience developing support products tailored for cross-functional team collaboration and financial execution
- Managed or supported large-scale, financial programs and projects with multi-disciplinary scope and large datasets
- Master’s Degree in business or technical field
- Navy ERP Experience
