What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Inventory Coordinator position at Green Earth Electronics Recycling?

Position:
Currently, we need help managing and shipping our used and refurbished technology.
Responsibilities:
- Select sold equipment from our inventory
- Package equipment to avoid damage in handling
- Select box and shipping service appropriate to minimize expense
- Review old inventory in our eCommerce systems to ensure visibility online
- Review pricing of old inventory in our eCommerce systems to ensure priced appropriately
- Move equipment to ensure space for new listings
- Build crates for freight shipments
- Inventory Management
- Manage cleanliness and organization of shipping area
- Work closely with our eCommerce team
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in eCommerce is a plus (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, FB Marketplace, etc.)
- Prior experience in ShipStation is a plus
- Flexibility to work effectively with other teams

- Hours of operation: M-F 7am-4pm
- Some Saturdays are required for community recycling events
Compensation: $14- 18/hr. (LT Disability after 6 mos. / 401k match after 1 year / PTO )

Reference calls are a critical factor for us in finding the right fit for new team members. In a later step of the hiring process, candidates will be asked to schedule personal reference calls with two previous bosses (if fewer than two, as many as the candidate has worked for) and two character references.
