About the Role:
The Sales Operations Specialists are responsible for supporting the sales process by managing sales order processing from the point of order submission through order fulfillment and delivery. This includes reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy, communicating with the sales team, creating complete and accurate order pick sheets, creating complete and accurate METRC manifests and invoices. This team works closely with several other teams to coordinate the order process and supports best customer service practices when working with customers.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately build pending sales orders from information provided by sales team in Sales Force
- Understand order processes and requirements for each individual customer and cross- reference those with internal process and compliance as orders are processed
- Communicate changes/issues to the assigned Sales Reps and work with the sales team to implement solutions or changes to outgoing orders
- Track and associate METRC tags with outgoing orders
- Print accurate order pick sheets for order fulfillment to package the orders
- Email sales confirmations to the assigned sales rep prior to invoicing
- Log all created orders on to the delivery schedule for route planning
- Create METRC manifests and sales invoices for each shipment
- Generate Boulder Bounce Back Forms for all outgoing deliveries
- Schedule drivers and third-party couriers via route planning software
- Stage and organize outgoing packages for delivery
- Create complete and accurate manifests in Metrc and invoices
- Coordinate with the inventory team regarding any store returns, order discrepancies or needed reconciliation of inventory management systems
- Respond to inquiries from customers including lead time, delivery dates, product information
- Provide product solutions as needed
- Communicate important customer feedback internally to appropriate resources

Work Environment:
- Office Setting
- Moderate physical activity such as walking and lifting is required daily
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Able to identify and create solutions for errors with processes and data tracking systems
- Possesses physical strength, and stamina required to stand, sit or walk for long periods of time (able to lift at least 30 pounds, able to stand for long periods of time, able to bend, push, pull and reach)
- Able to access a second-floor office in a building without elevator access
- Able to perform repetitive motions with hands and wrists
- Attention and accuracy with detailed information
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge to new technology, systems, and processes
Education, Experience, & Other Requirements:
- Highschool degree required, college graduate preferred
- 2 year experience in licensed cannabis facility desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- 1 years of METRC experience required
- 1 year of experience in a customer facing role preferred
- Experience with Sales Force or other sales tracking systems a plus
- Must have and maintain current MED badge
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
