Deputy Coroner- On Call

Green County Deputy Coroner. This position is an on-call position that does not have a guaranteed set number of hours and is paid an hourly stipend for work performed. Duties for this position include scene investigation; working with families, law enforcement, funeral homes; and general office duties.

Minimum Qualification For The Successful Candidate Include

• High School Diploma
• Basic medical background
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• General computer skills
• Ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals
• Ability to work one weekend per month and commitment to holiday rotation coverage (mandatory).
