Job Overview:
We are seeking two detail-oriented Laboratory Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory work, field work, and quality control practices. One will be used exclusively in the lab and the other will be working in the field and lab.
Duties:
- Perform various laboratory tests and procedures following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-Conduct field sampling
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety regulations
- Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data management
- Participate in quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and precision
Experience:
- Associates degree in a related field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry a plus
- Prior experience working in a laboratory environment
- Knowledge of quality control processes and laboratory standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
