What You’ll Do

• Install spray foam, blown-in cellulose, and batt insulation (attics, walls, crawlspaces)
• Prep job sites: protect surfaces, set up equipment, air seal gaps before installing
• Work safely with ladders, tools, and insulation equipment
• Follow work orders and complete jobs with quality cleanliness
• Communicate with your crew lead to finish jobs on time

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in attics/crawlspaces (heat, tight spaces, ladders)
• Strong work ethic, good attitude, reliable attendance
• Able to lift/carry materials and tools

Pay & Growth

• $19/hr training rate (we train the right people)
• Up to $29/hr for experienced installers / foreman (based on skill speed quality)
• Full-time | W-2 or 1099
