Responsibilities

• Install spray foam, blown-in cellulose, and batt insulation
• Work in attics, walls, basements, and crawlspaces
• Prepare job sites and protect floors, walls, furniture, and other surfaces
• Set up insulation machines, hoses, ladders, tools, and safety equipment
• Air seal gaps and penetrations before installing insulation
• Follow work orders and instructions from the crew leader
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work safely and help complete projects on schedule

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to commute to Schiller Park, Illinois
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, tight spaces, heat, and on ladders
• Able to lift and carry insulation materials, equipment, and tools
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to understand safety and job instructions in English or Spanish
• Insulation, construction, roofing, HVAC, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

Pay and Growth

• $19 per hour starting training rate for qualified entry-level candidates
• Up to $29 per hour for experienced installers, spray foam technicians, crew leaders, or foremen
• Pay increases are based on skill, speed, installation quality, reliability, and leadership
• Full-time, year-round work
• W-2 or 1099 opportunities available

Responsabilidades

• Instalar espuma en spray, celulosa soplada y aislamiento tipo batt
• Trabajar en áticos, paredes, sótanos y espacios reducidos
• Preparar el área de trabajo y proteger pisos, paredes, muebles y superficies
• Preparar máquinas, mangueras, escaleras, herramientas y equipo de seguridad
• Sellar espacios y penetraciones antes de instalar el aislamiento
• Seguir órdenes de trabajo e instrucciones del líder de equipo
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
• Trabajar de manera segura y ayudar a terminar los proyectos a tiempo

Requisitos

• Autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos
• Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confiable
• Poder trasladarse diariamente a Schiller Park, Illinois
• Sentirse cómodo trabajando en áticos, espacios reducidos, calor y escaleras
• Poder levantar y cargar materiales, herramientas y equipo
• Asistencia confiable y puntualidad
• Buena actitud, responsabilidad y disposición para aprender
• Poder comprender instrucciones de seguridad y trabajo en inglés o español
• Experiencia en aislamiento, construcción, roofing, HVAC o trabajo general es preferible, pero no obligatoria

Pago y Crecimiento

• $19 por hora como tarifa inicial de capacitación para candidatos sin experiencia
• Hasta $29 por hora para instaladores con experiencia, técnicos de espuma en spray, líderes de equipo o supervisores
• Los aumentos dependen de la experiencia, rapidez, calidad, asistencia y liderazgo
• Trabajo de tiempo completo durante todo el año
• Oportunidades W-2 o 1099 disponibles
