Duties
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems ensuring quick and efficient service.
- Mix drinks, serve alcohol responsibly, and maintain bar cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate billing and transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar, dining space, and serving stations.
- Assist with catering and or banquet events, as needed.
- Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately.
- Experience working in baquet or catering events is advantageous but not required.
