Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including signature cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS system
- Develop and suggest new beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods and special events like banquets or catering functionsExperience
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with casual dining or banquet experience
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beer
- Familiarity with POS system for processing transactions smoothly
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Prior food handling, food safety certification, and cash handling experience are highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates memorable guest interactions
