Direct Care Worker (Part-Time – All Shifts)
Green Acres of Ionia – Assisted Living Community
2550 Commerce Lane, Ionia, MI 48846
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | All Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Includes every other weekend & holiday rotation

Position Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Support mobility and personal care needs
- Follow individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications (paid training provided)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent care
No License Required

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to work every other weekend and rotate holidays
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
