Do you have a passion for cooking and creating tasty experiences for guests? As a Concessions Cook at Greek Peak Mountain Resort, you’ll be at the heart of our food service operations, preparing delicious food that fuels fun-filled days. This is a perfect role if you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, love interacting with guests, and want to be part of a dynamic resort environment.
Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have WEEKEND availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome Guests: Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, making every experience enjoyable.
- Prepare Quality Food: Cook and assemble dishes following our recipes and safety guidelines to serve up consistently delicious options.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen organized, sanitized, and stocked, ensuring all workspaces meet cleanliness standards.
- Manage Food Safety: Follow food safety practices, including FIFO (first in, first out) and temperature guidelines, to keep our guests safe.
- Support Kitchen Operations: Perform daily opening and closing tasks, help with inventory control, and keep the kitchen ready for a busy day.
