Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As a Concessions Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high-performing team. From overseeing daily operations to ensuring food safety and service standards, you’ll help keep our concessions running smoothly and efficiently. If you’re organized, guest-focused, and ready to lead by example, this is the role for you!
Applicants MUST be at least 21 years old and have WEEKEND availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Assist in training, coaching, and supervising concession staff, including POS systems and cash handling procedures. Ensure all training is documented and completed.
- Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Greet and interact with guests in a professional, friendly manner, resolving concerns and creating a welcoming environment.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient operations, including timely opening and closing procedures while maintaining all company standards.
- Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Keep all workspaces clean, organized, and safe while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage Inventory and Stock Levels: Monitor inventory, maintain proper stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper product rotation.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow all state and federal regulations, including alcohol service laws, and uphold all resort policies and procedures.
- Create and Manage Schedules: Build and adjust staff schedules, manage call-outs, and ensure proper coverage during peak times.
- Support Resort Operations: Collaborate with other departments and assist where needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Strong Leader: Experience supervising or leading a team, with the ability to motivate and hold employees accountable.
