Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all tasks related to hiring and terminations.
- Schedule employees based on sales forecast data.
- Ability to successfully operate every station.
- Assign shift positions and daily tasks related to the operation.
- Quarterback rushes.
- Keep accurate records using provided resources.
- Contribute to team effort by taking on additional tasks as needed.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Oversee inventory, ordering food and supplies, while increasing sales and optimizing profits to ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience
- Restaurant leadership experience is required (i.e. Kitchen Manager, Assistant Manager). Must have strong leadership qualities and an excellent work ethic. Should be able to intelligently discuss cost control, safety/sanitation and other restaurant-specific topics.
- Must have the ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
- Estimated working hours: 50 -60.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
- Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
- Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
