- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in all interactions, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering inquiries.
Requirements
