Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Team with Various Functions including:
- Ad Hoc support of digital assets
- Item creation and maintenance
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation
- Gain Basic understanding of Scintilla & Yipit
- Purchase, package, and deliver product samples to clients and partners
- Maintain an organized office environment, including inventory management
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times
- Support the Customer Service team by:
- Maintaining copies of owner’s manuals
- Understanding inventory positions and timelines
- Responding to requests
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Collaborate with team members on projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Handle additional office duties as needed to support overall operations
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role preferred
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard business hours
