Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Florida 2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team in Delray Beach, FL.
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 Bonus
Full-Time | Delray Beach, FL
We’re looking for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys working with clients, providing coverage solutions, building relationships, and generating new business.
What You’ll Do
- Quote and sell insurance products based on client needs
- Manage and maintain existing customer relationships
- Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
- Develop new business opportunities and follow up with leads
- Provide knowledgeable, professional insurance advice
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Identify opportunities for additional coverage
- Maintain accurate client and policy information in our agency management system
What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License — Required
- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Homeowners insurance experience is a plus
- General liability experience is a plus
- EZLynx experience is a plus
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and motivated
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
