Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive health for patients for all ages
- Maintain accurate patient records using GVHC formats
- Coordinate referrals and hospitalizations with specialists and hospitalists
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with other providers
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews and CQI projects
- Mentor mid-level providers and contribute to clinical policies
- Uphold GVHC's mission and values in all patient and staff interactions
Qualifications
- Licensed MD or DO in Montana with full prescriptive authoridy
- No history of licensure suspension or disciplinary action
- Passion for patient-centered care, teamwork, and serving diverse populations in a community-focused FQHC.
