🧠What You’ll Do
As a Behavioral Health Specialist at GSCH, you will:
- Conduct mental health assessments and provide individual and group therapy
- Provide crisis intervention and “warm welcome” support for patients in need
- Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to address mental health and substance use concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support continuity of care through referrals and follow-up
🧩 What You’ll Bring
Required:
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Eligible for licensure in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, or equivalent track)
- Active BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Preferred:
- Fully licensed in NH
- Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment
- Experience in integrated or community health settings
