✨ What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
- Guide patients through services, eligibility, and sliding fee scale options
- Educate patients on balances, deposits, and payment plans
- Collect and reconcile co-pays and payments accurately
- Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule appointments efficiently across services
- Connect uninsured patients with Outreach & Enrollment support
- Collaborate with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams
- Help ensure a smooth, welcoming, and patient-centered front office

Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare front office
