The Clinic Scheduler will be responsible for continuum of care for patients beginning at scheduling of appointments and then following through claims and management. Duties will include coordinating with billing and financial counselors for collection, and providing positive communication and services explanation to patients to improve patient experience.
Tentative schedule will be 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:00 AM to 4 PM Friday.

Skills And Experience
- Healthcare customer service preferred
- Insurance/coding and claims background helpful
- Organization is a must!
