- High School graduate with related office experience
- Excellent computer and math skills
- Ability to utilize spreadsheet and word-processing packages
- Ability to be a self-starter and perform with precision in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to staff and members
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to understand the business of the YMCA
- Ability to work with in diverse environment; build and contribute to the team in accomplishing the mission of the YMCA
- Exhibit strong leadership skills; possess a passion for member service, building and maintaining a culture of member service excellence
- Manage accounts with outstanding payments, including communication via phone and email to the account holder
- Communicate with members reflecting the voice of the Y, being kind yet firm upholding policies
- Update account and registrations in a timely manner and according to payment schedules
- Participate as a member of the staff team and provide support and assistance as required
- Assist with reporting, roster and sign in sheet creation as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
