Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Recruiter role based in Elmsford, NY. The Clinical Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top-tier clinical talent such as RNs, LPNs, and therapists. Responsibilities will also involve collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating job postings, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent recruitment experience for candidates. The role requires the ability to meet recruitment goals while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
- Strong skills in Recruiting and Interviewing healthcare professionals
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment requirements and compliance guidelines is a plus
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience recruiting in the healthcare industry is preferred
