- Complete real estate transactions by determining requirements; clearing title issues; assembling, preparing and reviewing closing documents
- Prepare Transaction documents by completing forms and statement; collecting and reviewing existing documents
- Prepare CD by utilizing lender instructions
- Balancing of funds to insure disbursing funds are correct
- Disburse funds as authorized by Escrow Instructions, including title charges, real estate commissions and loan payoffs

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in using escrow software systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
