Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escrow Officer at our Toledo, Ohio location. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing escrow processes, handling real estate closings, and collaborating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction. Duties include preparing escrow documents, reviewing title commitments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Strong customer service is essential to deliver an outstanding experience to clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with Closings, Escrow processes, and Residential Real Estate
• Possession of or ability to obtain Notary public certification
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to assist clients and maintain positive relationships
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools is a plus, we are on the Qualia software
• Prior experience in title or escrow services is highly preferred
• Possessing strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
