Position Responsibilities: Review/QA SCO records. Provide QA reports to Manager of Managed Care Programs. Collaborate with Managers and Supervisors to review QA standards and expectations during meetings. Assist with the completion of billing reports for various programs. Provide administrative tasks support to Managers and other team members. Provide phone duty coverage. Assist with tracking MassHealth Re-certifications completed for SCO members. Assist with ordering office supplies for Managed Care Programs. File AFC caregiver logs, ensuring that logs have been reviewed and signed by the AFC RN. Ensure that AFC Caregiver have information to attend required trainings. Review Elira reports as needed.

Pay range: $20.00 - $21.50

Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate's Degree in Business, Administrative or related field preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent relevant administrative support experience preferred
- Previous work experience in a healthcare setting and understanding of healthcare terminology preferred
- Must be detail and deadline oriented and have an innate ability to identify priorities
- Time management skills are crucial for this position
- Must have excellent data entry and writing skills to compose mailings and letters
- Experience with SAMS system preferred
- Able to maintain professionalism and to adapt in multiple health care settings is required.
- Possess the knowledge and skills necessary to work successfully as a member of an interdisciplinary team to arrange for community long-term care
- Ability to make proper judgments, good written and verbal skills, and ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships with staff members, consumers and partners
- Proficient in the use of computer systems, including but not limited to, Windows based software application including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
- Ability to process information accurately
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential materials with discretion
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Pay range: $20.00 - $21.50
