This full-time, exempt position reports to the Vice President of Project Operations and is based in our Kansas City office, with local travel and hybrid flexibility after a successful training period.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from initial planning through execution.
- Serve as a trusted resource for project teams, facilitating clear communication.
- Support change management strategies to ensure successful adoption.
- Work as a thought partner within the project management office to deliver projects on time, within scope, and align with strategic goals.
- Act as Product Owner for our project management platform, driving system configuration and engagement.
- Create dashboards, reports, and documentation to support decision-making.
What You’ll Bring

- A bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience with planning and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders,
- An eagerness to learn and teach others as you explore new challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven technical aptitude with project management tools, CRM, and reporting systems.
- Certification in project management, business analysis, or change management preferred.
