Key Responsibilities
- Champion Culture Foster a thriving, faith-filled environment where staff and volunteers feel valued, equipped, and supported.
- Onboarding & Orientation Lead the onboarding process for new staff and volunteers, ensuring a smooth and inspiring introduction to Greater IMPACT’s mission, values, and systems.
- Team Development Create and implement initiatives that promote personal growth, leadership development, and spiritual formation among team members.
- Care & Engagement Provide care, encouragement, and accountability to team members—helping them grow both professionally and spiritually.
- Volunteer Management Support ministry leaders in volunteer recruitment, placement, and retention efforts to build strong, sustainable teams.
- Organizational Health Collaborate with church leadership to assess and improve team morale, communication, and alignment.
- Compliance & Processes Help maintain volunteer records, background checks, and training documentation to ensure safety and excellence.
- Event Support Participate in team trainings, staff gatherings, and Sunday Night Worship Experiences (mandatory).
- A growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ.
- A heart for people and a passion for healthy ministry culture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in HR, team leadership, ministry leadership, or people development preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Reliable internet connection for virtual meetings and communication.
- Volunteer Role with flexible hours.
- Must attend Sunday Night Worship Experiences (8 30 PM – 10 30 PM EST).
- Occasional virtual team meetings and planning sessions as scheduled.
- Hands-on experience in people development and organizational leadership.
