- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Lead Pastor
- Manage email correspondence and communication on behalf of the Lead Pastor
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and documentation
- Coordinate virtual events, appointments, and ministry projects
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with wisdom and integrity
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- A heart for ministry and a desire to see lives impacted through the Gospel
