DAILY WORK:
As our Mid-Lead Commercial HVAC Installer, you'll be dispatched straight from home to the job site each day (no reporting to the shop!), working Monday–Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. On-site, you'll:
- Perform and support commercial heating and air conditioning installs (RTUs, ductwork, controls)
- Lead and support junior techs/apprentices, mentoring and guiding their work
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specs
- Communicate clearly with PMs and team leads to keep projects on track
- Uphold safety protocols and document work using basic tech tools
- Maintain your company-issued vehicle and tools like a pro
MID-LEAD COMMERCIAL HVAC INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of commercial heating and air conditioning installation experience
- Active Kentucky Journeyman HVAC license
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel regionally for up to 5 days at a time
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and basic technical documents
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., submitting job photos, digital forms
