Performance Responsibilities
- Receives the public, school personnel, and others in an efficient and invitational manner.
- Responsible for sorting mail and packages for distribution to appropriate department or personnel.
- Update and maintain employee mailboxes throughout the school year.
- Responsible for the preparation of documents assigned by the Principal.
- Receives incoming calls and dispatches them appropriately.
- Provide customer service for the general public, as well as students, teachers, staff, and other district personnel.
- Maintain printouts of activities/meetings and important details of events at the front desk.
- Manage parent volunteers for front desk; recruit, schedule, train, and oversee daily volunteer task. Maintain spreadsheet for work schedule.
- Generate student work permits in the State of Ohio website system, as required.
- Manage and utilize the lobby door entrance security access system at front desk (ALPhone).
- Maintain and utilize Lobbyguard system for guest visitor badge.
- Issue elevator key (s) to students and staff as needed and maintain a log system for keys.
- Responsible for working open house night and one parent teacher conference.
- Update and assign display cases to teacher/staff; maintain log and key checkout list.
- Assist other departments as needed; including filing when requested or needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
