Customer Service - Loan Processing and Collections - Bi-Lingual English/Spanish

Job Description

Loan processing

The applicant is responsible for reviewing and verifying all information on the loan application, sales contract, and other supporting documents to determine if the loan applicant conforms to all stipulated conditions of the loan approval.

Collections

Other duties include incoming and outgoing phone calls, interacting with customers in the office and over the phone, taking payments, scanning documents, and working with inside collections personnel to collaborate on existing accounts.

Skills Required
- MUST speak, read, and write Spanish fluently.

- Ability to communicate effectively with dealers and customers.

- Ability to calculate employment income, review credit reports, validate vehicle valuations, and perform insurance verifications

- Organized with a high level of attention to detail

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Automotive finance loan processing experience preferred

- High School Diploma required

OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE
- Web navigation and/or web-based applications.
- Personal computer: Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs.
- 10-key calculator and QWERTY keyboard skills.
- Copier, Faxing & other general office supplies.
