Customer Service
We’re looking for an outgoing, organized team member who’s comfortable on the phone and enjoys working with people. This role involves high-volume outbound calls, phone screenings, and scheduling interviews for manufacturing and warehouse positions.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates
- Conduct brief phone screenings and share job details
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
- Communicate via phone, email, and computer systems
- Keep candidate information organized and up to date
Qualifications
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturing or warehouse knowledge is a plus
- Friendly, reliable, and team oriented
