Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beer, non-alcoholic beverages and food with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Manage POS system Clover for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dinning area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment.
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts while managing inventory levels to minimize waste.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations for bills and tips.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service.
- Experience in catering or food service industries that require excellent serving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and accurate billing.
