Great Valley Pet Hotel, located in Malvern, PA, is seeking high-energy, positive, animal-loving professionals to join our team for full-time and part-time Guest Services Receptionist positions.
A dog lover is a must!
Guest Services responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Greeting customers
- Checking customers in and out
- Scheduling appointments
- Creating invoices
- Taking payment
- Giving tours
- Other tasks assigned
Schedule:
- 4 hour and 8 hour shifts available during operating hours between 7:00 am - 7 pm. Flexible scheduling options available!
- Since our guests require care 365 days a year, applicants must have regular weekend availability.
Guest Services Position Requirements:
- Customer Service or hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills
