Wagsworth Manor Pet Resort, located in Malvern, PA, is seeking high-energy, animal-loving professionals to join our hospitality team for Full-Time Reception Positions!

For our Guest Services Receptionist position, we are seeking someone who is professional, positive, and energetic, with exceptional communication skills, to work in this fast-paced environment. Customer service or front desk reception experience is required.
Shift Times fall between lobby hours - M-F from 7 am to 7 pm AND Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm or Sunday 11 am - 4 pm
Full Time = 4 weekdays 1 weekend day
Guest Services Reception Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests in the lobby
- Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and by email
- Handling customer inquiries into services and setting up profiles for their pets
- Creating and managing reservations, and providing information on services, rates, and amenities
- Completing check ins/checkouts for guests
- Responding to customer questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Generating invoices and processing payments
- Giving tours to prospective customers
- Assisting in keeping the lobby and reception area clean and tidy at all times
Guest Services Reception Position Requirements:
- Work experience in a reception or customer service role
- An animal lover is a must!
- Professional and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Computer knowledge and experience
- Ability to lift and handle dogs up to 75 lbs
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation
