What You’ll Do
- Work directly with clients in the community (homes, appointments, daily living settings)
- Support individuals with housing, employment, and life skills
- Help clients access benefits, healthcare, and community resources
- Teach daily living skills (budgeting, transportation, routines)
- Partner with a multidisciplinary FACT team
- Track progress and complete documentation

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
- Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor within 7 days
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in community settings
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field
- Experience in behavioral health or criminal justice settings
