$68,000 – $87,360 $15,000 Geographical Differential

What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy and case management in community settings
- Complete assessments and build individualized treatment plans
- Support clients with skill-building, housing, employment, and recovery goals
- Collaborate with a full care team (med management, peers, case managers)
- Help reduce hospitalizations and law enforcement involvement
- Track progress and complete clinical documentation

Qualifications:
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
- Comfortable working in community/home settings
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Preferred:
- LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A
- Experience in community mental health or high-acuity populations
