We are looking for our new team member to assist with all aspects of maintenance throughout our commercial buildings in Downtown La Crosse. The ideal candidate should possess workingknowledge of:Electrical systems, machine maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry. Must be able to work under moderate to minimal supervision and be flexible to work around professional office tenants and property needs.
The ideal candidate must follow all Fair Housing Laws while maintaining a professional appearance and a prompt response to service requests. Attention to detail is necessary when utilizing our in-house application of maintenance requests.
This position requires frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and lifting. Candidates must successfully pass a background check in order to be considered for this position. Rate of pay is based on qualifications and experience.
Full-Time and Part-Time availability.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
