Please note that we are looking for someone who can join immediately and support this project starting this week. require two days for KT, followed by full support from January.

Contract role - Fulltime (1-2 Months) Monday to Friday
Job Description:
Request for approximately one month of onsite support services, including:
- Dispatch Services – IMACD
- Dispatch Services – Break/Fix
- Backfill services
- Smart Hands & Eyes support
- Project services (Time & Material basis)
Onsite support services will be delivered by a Dispatch Engineer based at the customer location, responding to tickets in the ticketing system. The scope includes, but is not limited to, support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, toners, and conferencing devices.
