We are seeking Lifeguards to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at Huck's Harbor. The ideal candidates will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while promoting a fun and safe atmosphere for all patrons.
Duties
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies.
- Assist with heavy lifting of pool equipment or supplies when necessary.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on lifesaving techniques and emergency procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning is advantageous.
- Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with groups of people.
