- Assist carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow on-site
- Carry and organize tools, materials, and supplies needed for various construction activities
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up safety barriers or equipment as directed
- Support in loading and unloading materials to ensure timely delivery and storage
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Help with basic site maintenance such as trash removal and equipment organization
- Perform routine tasks under supervision to develop skills and understanding of construction processes
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
