Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Support team members in operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Carry out basic tasks such as mixing materials, loading supplies, and organizing job sites
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for everyone
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks on time and to quality standards
- Help with the installation of materials under supervision, including framing, drywall, or flooring
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Must be experienced in construction and these following trades .
Flooring
Carpentry
Sheetrock and mudding
Handyman tasks etc
Framing .
Must be willing to work independently and travel to projects within a 100 mile radius of Albany OR.
Must have reliable transportation and can communicate well.
