Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Google Drive and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a camp or recreational setting.
- 1 year Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Organize the office and assist the office manager
- Answering phones and distributing communications
- Prepare forms and paperwork for camp staff
- Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Monitor supplies and handle shortages.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Drive and its corresponding apps
- Working knowledge of office equipment
