Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Baseball Specialist to lead and instruct campers in baseball skills and gameplay throughout the summer. This role is perfect for a college baseball player or a high school coach.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily baseball instruction for campers (ages [range])
- Teach fundamentals including hitting, fielding, throwing, and game strategy
- Organize drills, scrimmages, and skill-building activities
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all campers
- Work collaboratively with camp staff and leadership
- Help maintain equipment and field setup
Qualifications:
- Experience playing and/or coaching baseball ( college, or beyond preferred)
- Ability to work with children and teens in a group setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented
- Prior camp or youth coaching experience is a plus
