Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional account management services
-Make requested teller transactions and balance all transactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer or product issues
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Set up new customer accounts and collect required documentation
- Provide required disclosures
- Assist in internal review/audit process
Experience:
- Proven experience as a teller in banking
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus
- Displays a positive and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success
