Qualifications
- Strong Personal Banking knowledge, including Opening New Accounts and Deposits
- Foundational understanding of Finance and basic banking products
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to listen, communicate clearly, and build trust
- Attention to detail, accuracy in handling transactions, and adherence to regulatory and security standards
- Comfort working with banking software, computers, and standard office applications
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a branch environment
- Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or finance is beneficial
